Mr. Rainville has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry and financial markets. From 2008, his principal occupation was President and CEO of Blackrock Metals Inc. In 2018, Mr. Rainville ceased to serve as CEO, while retaining his position as President until late 2019, at which time he became a consultant. Previously, Mr. Rainville worked as an engineer, a fund manager and a director of corporate finance and has also served as a director or advisor for several public companies. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Mining Engineering and Commerce, both from McGill University.

Mr. Champagne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Sylvain has two decades of experience in the financial and mining industries.

Mr. Duchesne is a founding partner of BiomassCarbon, ULC (“Biomass”) and has been its president since May 2015. Prior to forming Biomass, Mr. Duchesne ran Duchesne Advisory, LLC providing various advisory services. Mr. Duchesne played in the National Hockey League from 1985 until 2002. He was 3 Times All Star NHL. After playing in the NHL, he stayed involved in hockey by co-owning a ECHL team and co-founding a hockey school.

Mr. Laverdière is a Geologist who received his B.Sc. in Geology in 1978 from Université de Montréal. For over 35 years, he has served as a Consultant and a member of senior management for many public mining companies where he evaluated mining prospects as well as negotiated and structured financing for various mining companies in Canada, the Philippines, Brazil and the United States.

Mr. Cucciniello has been a lawyer since 1986 and is a partner of the law firm Cucciniello Calandriello Attorneys Inc. Mr. Cucciniello obtained a bachelor of civil law, BCL, and bachelor in laws, LLB, from McGill University. He received the accreditation of ICD from the Institute of Corporate Directors, McGill University, in 2018. Mr. Cucciniello has many years of experience as a director for organizations in different industries.

Mr. Lavoie holds a BA from St. Francis Xavier University, an MSc (Econ) from London School of Economics and an MPhil from Cambridge University. He is an experienced finance professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in both institutional capital markets and project development. Mr. Lavoie has accumulated considerable expertise in most aspects of raising and managing capital, for a wide variety of institutions and companies, both public and private.

Jean-David Moore has been a consultant and an adviser to several mineral exploration and development companies for more than fifteen years. He also holds large holdings in several mineral exploration companies and has developed a strong relationships network in the sector. He currently owns 8.2 million common shares of Fokus.

With 40 years in engineering, construction, and maintenance in mining and metallurgy, Luc Gervais has held management roles in both production and consulting firms. He has overseen numerous studies and projects globally, and currently serves on the board of Mosaic Minerals, previously with Vanstar Mining Resources. Gervais, a mining engineering graduate from Laval University, brings a sharp business acumen to his endeavors.
